Returns + Exchanges
Upon receiving your item(s) if you are not completely satisfied, please contact Evelry Designs within 5 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are not permitted unless your item(s) has/have arrive damaged or defective from the printing source. Proof of damage/defect will need to be submitted to Evelry Designs for review. If your item(s) are deemed damaged/defective before arrival you will be notified and will have 14 days from notification to return the damaged/defective item(s). Item(s) will not be accepted for return or exchange if mailed after the allotted 14 days have passed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A full refund will be issued on all returned merchandise so long as it meets the requirements of the return policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
No item(s) will be accepted for return or exchange if the product has been used, broken or devalued in any way by the buyer.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products (digital downloads, etc.)
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
No original artwork is eligible for return or exchange
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping Policy
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item(s).
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours after purchase. Please email: annie@evelrydesigns.com to start the cancellation process.
Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped USPS. Expedited shipping may be available for a fee.
International shipping rates apply. For international shipping I strongly suggest upgrading your shipping to UPS, this allows the packages to be tracked and the services are more reliable. Please let me know if you are upgrading your shipping.
We ship anywhere. Out of country shipments are subject to custom fees and time delay, please plan accordingly.
